Michael has a Business/Economics degree from the University of Central Florida. He is an SRA, designated member of the Appraisal Institute. As a Senior Residential Appraiser, Michael has over 21 years of residential appraisal experience and has completed approximately 7000 appraisals in his career.

Michael previously owned a large appraisal business in Central Florida before moving to the mountains of North Carolina. He is the owner of High Country Appraisals in Boone, NC where he has expanded the business into 4 counties.

He has lived in the Cornelius for several years and has acquired an expert knowledge of the Lake Norman Area with a specialty in high end homes. 

As an investor, Michael offers his Investment and Developing Expertise as a Real Estate Investment Consultant. He has developed raw land, built subdivisions and spec homes, created multi-family projects, and managed 20 personally owned rental properties. Real Estate Investment Consultation is available to investors on an hourly fee basis.
